Let me begin by thanking you for being my boss! Thank you! Today's real estate market is filled with Realtors everywhere you turn. That is a good thing! But, why allow me to be the one who works for you?

 

Buying or selling your home can be extremely exciting, and at the same time, emotionally draining. It can also be overwhelming and confusing. But, don't worry - I will be with you every step of the way. I believe solid customer service and support reign supreme, especially during a complicated process like a real estate transaction. It is very important to me that I am attentive to every detail, whether it's a contract, report, or the property itself.

 

One of the most important things for you, as a buyer or seller, is your agent. Your agent should work for you. Your agent should answer every question you have, no matter how large or small, important or insignificant you feel it is. When I work for you, you are family. Your home is a very personal part of your life, and I believe it should be treated as such. My ultimate goal is for you to be beyond happy!

 

When selling your home, I work hard to design a sales strategy that exceeds your personal goals. Every seller, property, and market is different and unique. With your objectives clearly outline and understood, we will work to devise the right marketing campaign for your home. The process begins by creating a buzz about your home, and eventually leads to finding the right buyer. I will continually advise you on the evolving market conditions, and always negotiate an outstanding offer for you!

 

If you are ready to purchase a home, the first thing we will do is make sure you are pre-approved by a lender. It will help open more doors - literally! Knowing exactly what your price range is will allow us to find a home that satisfies your list of wants and needs. I will help you find what you are looking for, and I will also offer suggestions and give you input and feedback, based on my knowledge of the current market. One of the hardest things you'll have to do is decide which home you'd like to make an offer on! I will advise you on making a solid offer, and making the right offer for you.

 

Time is money! No matter which side of the transaction we are on, responsiveness is of the utmost importance. And, I don't only mean between you and I. Offers, counter-offers, documentation, reports, inspections - they all require review, understanding, and signatures - and, most require completion in the matter of days. I will always make sure that we are on top of everything, and strive to be ahead of the game.
