Imagine that you've found the most comfortable home where all your friends and family can gather and laugh and talk and eat and play. Where your dogs can run and tumble with their friends. Where the landscape is a gardener's dream. Where you don't have to close your curtains for privacy but rather can let the sun, fog or big full moon shine in. Imagine that you have all the room you need for drop-in guests or sleep-overs. This is it. Home. Nestled on nearly half an acre in Aptos just off Soquel Drive, you are surrounded by lush landscaping. You'll feel far away but you are just minutes to Cabrillo College and its Saturday Farmer's Market, Seacliff State Park, shopping, restaurants, and Nisene Marks State Park. You have your choice of patios for outside dining and relaxing, plus a family room and living room for inside entertaining. The first floor rooms are all you'll need until bedtime. Then you have your private oasis on the 2nd floor with an ocean view and an incredible primary bath with an air-jet tub, shower, a Toto bidet, and a carved stone sink. Extras include a greenhouse, 2 outside showers, a studio/workspace over the 1-car garage and a beautiful stamped concrete driveway for to-the-door parking. Don't miss this fabulous opportunity.
