This lovely property has 60 acres on two parcels. The structures include: Main house, Double-Wide Coach, 4 car Garage, fenced Garden, and Sheds. The two story main house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The new kitchen and parlor addition contains: Bertch cherry cabinets, six-burner Viking propane stove, dishwasher, an 11x4 island with granite counter and operable skylight above, and two sinks. There are two propane fireplaces: one in the new parlor and one in the living room. Master bedroom has two closets and a new covered deck. The well is near the top of the hill. One of the water tanks is aluminum, obviously the body of a milk truck or water tanker. The other tank is the typical Army green one about 8 feet tall. The well pump was replaced last year along with 400 ft of new hose. The flow is currently at 16 gallons per minute and has never run dry.
